The development of a country always depends on education, research and its use in manufacturing and production. Therefore, based on my past experiences in education and research, and considering the country's need for industrial development and on the other hand, the oppressive sanctions of global arrogance, I decided to launch a virtual accelerator system of manufacturing, research and Education (Shamsta) in order to have more and better communication between experts and researchers with craftsmen, manufacturers and industry owners as well as knowledge-based companies and provide the necessary basis for this, especially in the field of training and guidance and necessary advice in relation to industry.
